I would like to get rid of the banner that appears at the top of my incoming email page on Blueyonder (Virgin). It take up a lot of space and makes it more difficult to read my emails.
It is clearly targeted at me going by the companies that appear regularly.
Is there any way I can stop it appearing, please?

Hi
Have a look at this

Other option
As you log into your account and window starts loading look in bottom right hand corner you will see load in standard view/load basic HTML in blue click HTML option. If you decide to use this you will have to be quick to click HTML option0 -
I followed through the stages on the "community" link you gave me and installed a new style. Seems to have worked briliantly at the moment - banner ads have disappeared. Lets hope Virgin doesn't find a way to override it.
Thanks again 100%0 -
Depending on what browser you use, there are extensions you can download that will block all advertising. Adblock+ is pretty nifty and available for Chrome and Firefox. Maybe overkill if it's just this one advert you'd like to block, but might be worth a shot.0
