I have appealed the decision, and I am currently waiting for it to go to tribunual, which from the current time limits I have been told, should be sometime around August. I have reapplied in this time, while I wait for the tribunual date, which I was told I could do.0 -
Do you know, I was mulling this very thing over!
Atm I'm on JSA so there's no point me claiming WTC instead. But if I were to get a part time job of less than 30 hours I wondered if I could claim I was doing internet marketing to top up to over 30 hours. I am actually trying this out, and have earned a whopping £8.10 so far, though I haven't got it yet, as Google won't pay you until you get £50.
But from preceding posts it does sound that I could quite legitimately claim WTC for doing this as a second job if I get a part time one even though it's making very little money (so far).

Hi All, Thanks for your replies. I have worked on a draft letter to answer the points the council have made.
I have explained that the internet marketing needs more research. I am using my neighbours wifi, but he hardly ever uses it, he only uses it for emails.
I am doing leaflet delivery as well, so I will work on that side of things more I think, marketing, stuff like that.0
