    This is a very similar format to the AA reply, not perhaps one company?!

    Anyway, read the forum rules, you have to get permission to post as a company!

    As an aside op - why can't your son complain himself. If he's mature enough to drive a 2 ton vehicle capable of taking live if mis-used, then surely he's capable to communicating his dissatisfaction over the phone himself?

    It's the same when school leavers get jobs, their parents do all the running around for them like handing in the application form, phoning in sick, etc.

    Same minds... Interesting how a thread about the AA with one mention of BSM gets tipped off to them to come and join in...

    And they use similar refs and formatting of posts.
