Blue Badge and Motor Scooter.

Can anyone tell me how to display a Blue Badge on a Motor Scooter without the risk of it getting stolen. My OH has terminal cancer and has a Blue Badge he does not drive a Car only a Scooter. I Normaly take him where he wants to go but on occasion he likes to pop to the shops on his own on his scooter, he has just recieved a parking ticket for parking in a disabled bay , he told the parking attendant his plight about nowhere to put a badge and was told things were available . I understand we must pay this fine , and I have been searching the net to see if I can find some sort of tamper proof holder ,but I cannot .so was wondering if anyone knew of any such device and where to get one , thanks.
