How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:

• Online – go to www.itv.com, www.stv.tv or www.u.tv and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.
• SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 63335. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 63335 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.
• PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 9999 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

• a) Cash
  A cheque for £33,000 (thirty-three thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
  
  Prize provider: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.
• b) Caravan
  The ownership of a caravan holiday home (“caravan holiday home”), along with costs associated with that ownership, including but not limited to, all site fees / pitch cost and insurance fees up to 1 January 2015 (inclusive).
  
  The caravan holiday home is to be situated in one of at least 33 holiday Park Resort locations within the UK (including 1 holiday park on the Isle of Wight) run by the Prize Provider (the “holiday park location”). The winner may choose which one of the holiday park locations and which pitch location within the holiday park location (the “pitch location”) they wish to locate their chosen caravan holiday home on, subject to availability and confirmation by the Prize Provider.
  
  The caravan holiday home is a Willerby Atlanta Caravan with a minimum of two (2) bedrooms including fixed appliances including but not limited to, a table, chairs, a sofa and a cooker, use of facilities within the holiday park location and entertainment within the holiday park location. Also includes wrap around deck, Owners Elite membership and a Park Resorts standard electrical pack.
  
  Beginning on 2 January 2015, the winner may choose and agree with the Prize Provider one of the following options (the “options”): (i) keep the caravan holiday home where situated at the pitch location at the holiday park location and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the caravan holiday home, including but not limited to, paying the relevant fees for the pitch location, insurance and running costs; or (ii) sell the caravan holiday home (in which case the Prize Provider must be given first opportunity to buy the caravan holiday home back from the winner at competitive market rates, and bear all costs associated with such sale); or (iii) sell the caravan holiday home privately subject to option (ii), and bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or (iv) move the caravan holiday home to another holiday park location and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the caravan holiday home on the chosen holiday park location.
  
  The Prize Provider will contact the winner with 2 weeks of winner confirmation and the winner must allow up to thirty (30) days from winner confirmation to receive the key for and to occupy the caravan holiday home. It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the Prize Provider prior to 2 January 2015 which of the options they wish to take up.
  
  The prize does not include transportation of the winner to or from the caravan holiday home, nor does it include transportation costs of the caravan holiday home at any time, except for initial delivery of the caravan holiday home to the winner’s one chosen pitch location before 1 January 2015.

Anyone else having problems with ITV comps today? Several times I've filled in the form, pressed the 'submit' and all my details vanish and an empty form reappears.

I think you click on "Competitions" and then on this weeks one - you should be able to work it out to be fair....

In every other competition for ITV, this morning Ive clicked the link and its taken me straight to the form, Ive clicked through the different links but it doesn't describe 33,000 and a holiday home so I'm just checking as I am confused, I do hope your this polite all the time when someone is struggling.
