Just wondered if anyone new what would be an acceptable price to pay for this property now:
This is what it was sold for in 2011:
The house in a 3 bed freehold end terrace decorated to a high standard, garage in block is rented from the council.
The house sold for £168,000
Houses in Stevenage not needing any updating seem to sell within a month.
It is being sold privately i.e. not through an agent, but the seller says that an agent valued it recently at £175000.

It doesn't matter what it was bought for in 2011 or what the asking-price is now.
The only thing that matters is what comparable houses have sold for recently in the same neighbourhood. And that's only a guide. Prices can vary from street to street, depending on how desirable said street is.0 -
Look at recent land registry sold prices for the street and area, you need way more information than from just one property.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
