Credit and debit card statements.

Hi all.
I have sitting in front of me a £10 postal order ready to go off ton Lloyds.
I used to have a credit card with them ( that is now being recovered by another company or 2)
When I send off ans ask for the list of charges to my account, can I incluse bother the debit and credit card or just the debit card on this request ?
Lloyds have not been playing fair.
I have discovered that last year they tried to take @ £130 twice for 2 different accounts on the same day. There was enough in the account to cover one of the debits ( my bad, I know, should have had the money in there but £100 month bank charges are bleeding us) instead, they bounced both and charged us 2 unpaid DD instead of 1.
Then just last month, I was charged £10 for a returned DD that was 38p over my limit, yet 5 days later they issue me an unauthorised overdraft costing £80 to pay the previous months bank fees
I am encouraged by all the stories on here but feel so retched and drowning.

If you are sure the issuer of both cards is the same institution, then you can request all personal details that one intititution holds on you in one request.
But be aware the basis of any reclaiming is entirely different between credit cards and debit cards (i.e. bank accounts)
Credit card charges can be reclaimed if you can prove them to be unfair. Charges in excess of £12 are automatically considered unfair unless the provider has proven otherwise.

On the otherhand, bank charges have nothing to do with being fair or not, especially since the banks won their supreme court ruling.
You can only request the bank to consider refunding charges if you are in financial hardship (or it's a single, first event)

(This assumes you do not dispute the charges have been applied in line with the banks terms & conditions/tariff of charges)
If you already have details of the charges (and you appear to have at least the banks charges) then there is no reason to request this information.
