Its a compensation claim that we lost in court...we had a bill for 57k...my husband wasnt insured on my car..youngsters said he chased them and rammed them off road..which is lies..it went to court..they won...now th mib have sent bill for expenses..we dont have this money...worried they may make us sell our home..0

Yes....we owe 28k on mortgage....house worth bout 100k.0

my husband is paying mib now by instalments they were insistant on a set amount every month or if we needed to pay less wanted to put a charging order on the house. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will be along shortly but i understand that they cannot make you sell especially if the house is jointly owned. good luck getting it sorted.0
