Debenhams car insurance cancellation

last month I took out some insurance with debenhams, i did this through Brightside insurance company who sent my details over, however they sent my details over incorrect, said i have a year licence length when its actually a month ive held it

I paid a £582 deposit, and i have been told i will receive some of this back, I was also told that no more payments would be taken from me as the policy would be cancelled, today at 12:00pm

However this morning another £211 (monthly payment) was taken from my bank! My policy ends in 2 hours!!!

Am i likely to be refunded for this?
i cant call till lunchtime as im at work

If it was wrongly taken by direct debit just contact your bank and ask them to refund it under the dd guarantee.

It will be back in your account in no time, and your bank will deal with it.

Who cancelled the policy? If they cancelled it then you need to declare that to future insurers.
