Vanquis replacement card?

I have a Vanquis card and its looking a little battered and i'd really like a replacement one. Does anyone know if Vanquis will replace it for free? Or do they charge for lost or replacement cards?

No charge that Im aware off, just ring up and say your card is damaged and await a new one.

My Vanquis card looked a bit shabby so I rang them up and said my card was not registering in atm and chip n pin machines properly. I said it would only register in the machines after 2 or 3 tries.

They said they would send a new card straight away. Took about 10 days for the replacement to arrive.
No charge what so ever.
