Virgin Media Phone Service not so Free Voicemail.

I enquired with Virgin Media about the cost of Voicemail they told me it depends on where you live if you get it free. Otherwise they want £1.75p a month.:eek:

    I assume VM's is the same as BT's 1571 (which costs £1.64 less per month).

    On behalf of all those annoyed at being charged for a connected call when I hit 1571 without warning when the person I'm calling happens to already be engaged on a call, may I recommend that you DUMP it completely!
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
