Mine said Sunday delivery - an surprise nothing arrived - still hasn't.
Ordered just the one and it says:-

ordered the nokia for my son (he's going on his first school trip for a week in june) ((ahh bless)) Piad £20 for the phone and air time, was ment to arrive saturday, 6pm sat no phone called tesco 'where is my phone?' oh sorry Mrs... still in warehouse will be despatched for delivery monday... so sorry.. please have the £4.85 delivery charge back.... email confirmed refund...

i keep trying to order the nokia i add the £30 airtime and wheni get to the checkout its £54.97 i add the codes:

£5 off when you spend £10 on Direct £5.00
£5 off when you spend £50 on your first shop £5.00
500 Clubcard Points on Direct 500 points
£5 off when you spend £40 on Direct £5.00

and it then comes up at £39.97

i cant seem to make it get any lower! am i doing something wrong or have i missed out on this deal any help much appreciated! x

I ordered the Nokia phone on saturday evening about just before midnight. today I received the airtime vouchers of £30 and a telephone call from customer service apologising, they informed me that when they despatched the order the phone had gone out of stock so they were unable to delivery, but it is now back in stock and so I needed to reorder it. So I reordered it with the lady from customer services, I had to give her my credit card details again to process the order, but what she would do is once the order has gone through she would then refund the money for the phone within 3-5 days back onto my card.

So result. Phone being delivered Wednesday. So hope everyone else gets sorted with their orders.

Quick question for anyone who has ordered a phone and received it - on Tescos website it says £10 free credit with the Nokia or Alcatel

My question is on the website it says the phones come with a tesco sim - has anyone registered their phone and do they give you £10 free credit?

Any help most appreciated

The sim is already in the phone and the phone number is on the side of the box....haven't registered either of mine yet as I am considering selling.

Not sure if you will get additional free airtime as you already have £30 free but if you have had to re-purchase the phone then maybe it's a possibility

I ordered the nokia and £30 air time using the codes above for £20 with free delivery and 500 points. Got the air time today and the same phonecall and reorder request as above poster. I have been refunded my £20 but charged £30 minus delivery charge. So now I'm £5 down and no 500 points!

Not happy.
