Buying a Multifuel Stove - Advice

Im looking to buy a 5k multifuel stove, these are my 2 options:
http://www.westcountryfires.co.uk/wcf-braemar-cleanburn-5-multi-fuel-stove-free-delivery-p-654.html - £330
http://www.gr8fires.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=607&gclid=CJzxhIav3LYCFZIPtAodVk0A5Q - £320
Both seem to be the cheapest on the net with free delivery with similar price range.
One is cleanburn (£10 more) and the other doesnt mention this, should I opt for cleanburn model or does it not make any difference.
Any advice appreciated.

I initially thought the clean burn meant that it was DEFRA approved for use in smoke controlled areas which may have been a distinct advantage if you live in a town. However, it just seems to be marketing talk.
It gets good reviews on the second seller's site and it is British made.

I can't talk about the specific stoves. But I have used gr8fires in the past and can confirm I received a good service.0
