Online registration problems with Nationwide?

Evening all,

The better half and myself have recently applied for a Nationwide Regular Savings account and have received our cards and pin numbers. I'm trying to register online for ease of management with this account (I think it's a pain to have to use the card at a cash machine to pay money in?) however when I try to do this the website just tells me there is a "technical error, please try again" at the top of the screen. I'm entering all the details correctly as instructed but tried a few times over the last couple of weeks and got the same?

I'm going to give them a call in the morning but wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?
