Reclaim bank charges on DMP

Hello, was wondering if someone can help me with this one. I have looked at various forums but getting conflicting advice. I am currently on a debt management plan but was hopeful of reclaiming bank charges using the financial hardship way. Do you think being on a DMP qualifies as financial hardship? Thanks in advance for any replies

There are a number of requirements that need to be met to be considered in financial hardship under the lending code.
