Sun holiday entertainment vouchers

Hi, after some advanced from more seasoned travellers. I have booked my first break on the sun promotion (hopefully the first of many) to Devon Cliffs in July. Can someone recommend what we need the entertainment passes for? And is it worth upgrading any further on arrival (we are luxury +). Many thanks.

You need the entertainment passes to access the entertainment complex and the swimming pool. They religiously check them in the evenings to get in to the amusements/bars/capones & bugsys which are the clubs where they do all the shows. You never need to show them during the day - like when you go in to the kids clubs or daytime activities, but they are always needed in the swimming pool no matter what time of day it is.
With regard to upgrading, we have always booked a luxery or luxery plus and have always been very happy with what we have been given. When you check in they might ask you if you want to upgrade, but to be honest its best if you go to your caravan first and see if you are happy with it- there's no point in paying more if you like what you were given anyway.
We go to Devon Cliffs about 3 times a year and last went about 3 weeks ago. We love the place-me, my husband and 6 year old.0 -
Sounds great, thank you. Do you always get in through the sun offers?0

Most the time, yes, but we also go for a week in the summer holidays which we then have to book through haven or sometimes we book through a private hire company called Newmans who have many caravans on the park.
I have been going since I was a young child and have continued to return for the last 25 years. I have seen loads of changes, but we have never had a bad holiday there. Even if it rains for the entire time we still have fun, lots to do indoors like soft play for the kids. There are loads of opportunities to spend an absolute fortune if you want to, but there are equally plenty of things to do that won't cost a penny. If you wanted a good day out then the farm park next door, World of Country LIfe, is excellent. You can get vouchers from reception which offer about 20 % discount.
Have fun. x0 -
Thank you, I am really looking forward to it xx0
