A couple of problems that I hope you experts can help me with please.
1. I have Norton Protected Recycle Bin and all of a sudden I keep getting this box up with a message saying "Norton Protection Status has encountered a problem and needs to close". I've been using this for ages and all of a sudden this happens. Why and what do I do to fix this please?
2. If I cannot use the Norton Protected Recycle Bin, how can I get my "normal" Recycle Bin back. I can't find it on my desktop.
Any ideas please.

Im pretty sure the option to switch off the norton protected recycle bin is within the Norton options screen. Just switch it off there and you'll get the old recycle bin back.Throwing acid is bad.... in some peoples eyes...0

Any more ideas please?0 -
right click on start menu, click on explore, wait for list to populate, recycle bin should appear down near the bottom of the list ( left column)0

I've followed that also and that doesn't work! It's driving me crazy because I absolutely LOVE to clear out my bins and get rid of useless files and I can't :mad:0 -
