Tesco Direct - terrible customer services

It's no wonder their Profits are on the slide. I'm in an on going battle for a refund.

I'd ordered 12 items for delivery to a local store, only two turn up. I wait and wait, no more arrive, and no information from Tesco. After a week I email Customer service, who apologise then offer to either resend the items or refund me. I ask for a refund assuming they'll refund the credit card used. Nope, I have to call customer services to give them the number! This afternoon I call, and after a lengthy discussion on what items have and haven't turned up at the store, I'm told they can only refund the items I've 'refused' to pick up at the store :mad:

Are these people thick or just plain stupid!
