CarHire in Spain for non UK Licence Holders

The outlaws are N American and need to hire a car in Spain for a week. Anyone know which of the holidayautos kind of companies that will cover them? They have an intl drivers licence.

Don't see that there should be a problem.
However, remember (as has been said many times!) that HoidayAutos, Carjet, Argus, etc. are merely brokers. The T&C you need to check are those of the hire car company itself.
As an example, here is an extract from the Record RentACar T&C...

The driver must be in possession of a valid driving license that allows him also to drive in the E.U. The driver must have held his driving license for at least one year. All drivers have to be at least 21 years of age. >>>0
