Hi, I was wondering if anyone has done this and can recommend a specialist company?? been told you need a specialist company to tackle this.
IVA completed last September and I have the completion certificates.:) Thanks

    you don't need a specialist company, but there are no hard and fast rules about who gets the redress, so if you complain and are successful, you may see the redress, you may not, and either scenario is possible.
