Santander 123 credit card £24

Hi,

I've had the £24 added to my balance, but i have a 123 current account. When will i get this refunded? Isn't it meant to be free for the first year?

Have you set up the DD, and waited the requisite 21 days?

Mine was charged and refunded on the same date. I would check with Santander.

... and as soon as they pay the refund you can cancel the DD or move it to another account not necessarily at the same bank. If it has not been refunded within a week of you statement then I would recommend contacting Santander as they can expedite the process.

you need a dd set up to your 123 account.

it can take up to 21 days to refund. it does not always do it the same day as has been said

Ok cool, I only got the card this week. I've for the DD set up to pay all from our current 123.
