Lean-to roof corrugated plastic - Alternatives?

We have a brick built lean-to that we use as a utility room measuring approx 2m by 5m. It currently has a very old leaking corrugated plastic roof attached to wooden beams which we are going to replace.
We want something that is more thermo efficient so were going to use the thickest corrugated plastic. However, I wondered if there are any alternatives? We like light that the plastic gives but would prefer something more secure as we're concerned someone could pull the roof up to gain access (still a locked door for them but they'd have cover to take their time).

Would something like double wall or triple wall polycarbonate sheets work better for you? They are flat, rather than corrugated. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Thank you. That could work. How would I secure it? Would it be more firmly attached than corrugated plastic?0

Normally fixed with roofing bars.

Thank you. They look like just the job although potentially more of a roofer than a DIY job.0
