I left Npower in Dec 2012, they send me final bills showing I was in credit by over £1200 but they have not paid. It is now with the ombudsman 4 months later. You need to get a letter of 'deadlock' from them to show the ombudsman. Make sure you send Recorded Delivery post to the complaints team member. Keep a careful record of everything.
I joined OVO but had difficulty giving them my meter readings - no effective form of dialogue could be established, at the point of buying a carrier pigeon, I contacted their transfer team, I started to get replies. Now it has gone silent again and the pigeon is being considered again.

post really doesnt make senseDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
