activated my aqua card today,and was declined at co-op cash machine,so rang them and enquired they did not know so went to tescos and tried their machines still not excepting,rang aqua again they suggested i use card in co-op store and ask for cash back thing is it went through on a purchase but does not allow cash back does any one have had the same trouble or advice on how to draw cash ta

I don't know the answer to your Q, sorry - but are you sure you want to use this card to draw CASH, when you'll probably be paying 35% or so from the day you draw it out?

You can use the card at a cash machine which has the mastercard sign displayed.

Why on earth did they say try getting cashback? You can't get cashback on a credit card!0
