Locked in shares

Im planning on calling on monday but I thought I would ask here first.
I just left my job at tesco and I was part of a share plan. Automatically my 174 shares were sold when I left. some of my shares were conditional some where locked in.
My 46 conditional shares were sold and sent to my employer with a value of £156 to cover income tax and NIC liability on the value of my shares.
128 shares remaining have been transferred out of the plan. The Capital Gains Tax value was £466.88.
On my understanding of the documents I should receive the conditional shares value minus tax and that I wont receive a penny for the 128 shares transferred out of the plan, Is this the case?
