We bought "Freddie the bubble fish" (a bubble maker) for our son... He loved it and it was used almost daily at bath time.
Until last week, when Freddie died. We changed the batteries, up to no avail.... Anyway, fast forward to today, I took it back to the ELC. Now bear in mind we've had it almost a month, used it and had no box or receipt........ And they changed it with no quibble at all, tested it to ensure it really was broken (company policy) and even testd the new one before we left the shop to ensur it worked.
Amazing service!! Very polite staff and an easy transaction...

I think they're great in the ELC. My mum was after a particular type of toy the other day. They said they didn't have it, but then whipped out the Argos catalogue and gave her a note of the page and item number.
