Help organising my budget...

Its been a while since i posted but I could do with some advice. I have two salries from a full time & part time job. Monthly and weekly pay. Hubby has a weeky salary to but im not including it. I have tried to sort it out so I can take a fixed sum of money out evry week and dont touch what is left to cover bills etc but find most weeks I have to pay my weekly wage into the bank to stop my overdraft going into the red. Which leaves me with nothing to spend. Any advice would be grateful.

Hi Meme0506 - have you tried the budget planner on here? I have in the past and have recently re-done mine. It gives you an accurate idea of spends. The thing I did to seperate my monthly vs yearly spends was take off the monthly outgoings (the amount to be left in) and transfer the once yearly amount iyswim.
Hence you should then be able to see what is needed each week/month and what will be spare.Back on the trains again!0 -
Sorry to state the obvious, but you need either to reduce your outgoings, or increase your income, or both.

£1 says you're spending too much on food, mobiles, Sky, holidays, Xmas and booze. That's what most budgets posted here show.0
