Titanium Mixer, worth almost £900.
It’s said that summer hasn’t arrived until the elderflowers are in bloom, and it’s certainly a very important time of year for all of us at Belvoir Fruit Farms.
To celebrate the season of loveliness, we want you to exercise your culinary skills by creating an original and delicious recipe using our aromatic Belvoir Elderflower Cordial. It’s an astonishingly versatile ingredient – as delicious with chicken as it is in cakes. Your recipe can be sweet or savoury, but it must be tasty enough to impress food writer and our good friend, Sophie Conran. She’s joined our mission to get the nation experimenting with Elderflower Cordial and can’t wait to taste your delicious concoctions.
In addition to the fabulous mixer, we’ve £250 of cookware vouchers to give away and some lovely cordial and press! collections.
1. Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK, aged 18 or over excluding employees or agents of Belvoir Fruit Farms or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion. 2. No purchase is necessary to enter however internet access may be required.
3. To Enter: Submit your entry, which must be an original recipe including Belvoir Fruit Farms’ Elderflower Cordial, and detail the ingredients, method of preparation and/or cooking/ and a photograph of the finished recipe by:

4. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 19th July 2013.
5. Only one entry per person via either entry route.
6. The Prize: 1 x winner will win a Kenwood Titanium Major mixer, a selection of Belvoir Fruit Farms cordials and press!s[P2] plus £250 of Lakeland cookware vouchers.
7. Winner Selection: At the end of the promotion, all entries will be shortlisted to be judged by a panel of judges containing independent judge, Sophie Conran[P3] ..
8. Recipes can either be sweet or savoury but must contain Belvoir Fruit Farms’ Elderflower Cordial as an ingredient. They will be judged on the following criteria:
Inclusion of Belvoir Fruit Farms’ Elderflower Cordial How well the recipe showcases the taste and versatility of elderflower The recipe must show originality either in the method used to create it or the in combination of ingredients used Quality of submission - how well the submission is written and presented Fit with Belvoir Fruit Farms ‘Natural’ brand eg. Natural ingredients, not processed. Entries will be ranked on the judges scores and the top 3 entries will be created and tested by the independent judge and re-scored, taking into consideration how well the created recipe matches with the written recipe. The top scoring entrant will win the prize.
9. The winner of the competition will be notified using the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will have 14 days from the date the notification was sent to claim his/her prize by sending a reply to the email address from which the notification email from the Promoter was received.
10. In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to the second placed judged entrant.
11. The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If a winner is unable to take his/her prize within the stated period, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next placed entrant as judged.
12. The entry must be substantially the work of the entrant and not copyright or in use anywhere else.
