Why was Osborne crying at the funeral?
Cos he's a pansy 'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Why was Osborne crying, more to the point why was Samantha Cameron smiling so much.
She does appear to enjoy all the attention
P.S. For accuracy sake, the correct name for the wife of Dave is Sam Cam. This will be the name she will be using for her "Celebrity" TV appearances after 2015.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Why is that better?
(Reported as off topic BTW).
Why is off topic please. Its about housing and the economy.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

So let's change the topic to those who recently have been on a witch hunt.A woman has claimed she was subjected to a series of offensive questions about her sexual past and drinking habits after bringing an allegation of rape against a senior member of the Socialist Workers Party (SWP).0 -
I suspect he was crying because Mrs T's handling of the economy is something he wishes to emulate. His hero is dead. I can understand his reaction.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0

Unless I am missing the point the OP intended to say that Osborne has had a bad week, in particular arising from the IMF statements and the Fitch decision, and was asking if the reason he was crying was sadness over the MrsT's death or for reasons connected to the economy as per the link he posted.
As I say, I cannot see this is off topic. Or indeed why you want to speak about the SWP's alleged attitude to equality issues.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0

Is that meant to be a response? You quoted me so I think it's reasonable to
assume so.
Am I alone in thinking that's pathetic?
I have absolutely no idea what point you were making?I suppose if you can't argue the point then you dismiss the person. Lady
Thatcher said that she was happy when people were rude to her because it meant
they didn't have an argument that stood up.
Did Thatcher really say that then...well good for you:rotfl:See above!
Do you now...Its hard to argue with someone who continually tries to get your posts banned!I think you also said I am an 'Internet Warrior' in the last day or so rather
than addressing my points. I think that says more about you than me.0
