*tuts* Beauty Expert and Tesco Rewards Coupons

So...

I traded my Tesco vouchers for some Beauty Expert vouchers - £60 to be exact.

I wanted to buy Cloud 9's The Micro Wand...*LEM*

I waited 2 days to get the vouchers via email...still nothing, so I called Tesco, had to answer some security questions << !!!!!!? And then she emailed them to me immediately.

I go to BeautyExpert and go through to the checkout, realise that neither coupon is working.

Call Tesco...it's definitely not a problem their end (which was completely correct) and she can't see anything in the T&C which says I shouldn't be able to purchase the wand.

She tells me to give BeautyExpert a call and see if there's an issue. ..

..

"You can't use discount vouchers on electrical goods"...."It doesn't say that anywhere in yours or Tesco's T&C" .... "You just can't"....

What a waste of my time.

I ring back Tesco, she says he's also useless...TOTALLY USELESS, and she tries calling someone more superior...fat load of good that did.

10 minutes later "Sorry there's nothing we/BeautyExpert are willing to do".

Ended up getting a refund on the vouchers, but still. Livid. I did everything correct, followed the T&C and was shot down by some chump at BeautyExpert.

Now I'm mad at all TheHut group companies. LOL
