I seem to be having a course of run-ins with big companies. L'Oreal were brilliant at sorting out my hair dye issue. Then my oven light blew after only 6 months of use and Bosch just sent me replacement bulbs for both ovens FOC.

Then, I had to ring BT as my contract was up to renegotiate a new deal and they were brilliant. Cheaper broadband and cheap youview deal with equipment. Yay! :T

It does indeed, when I worked in Sales / Retentions and didn't really give 2 hoots the nice people would come away with the best deals.
