Mexico Pacific Coast holidays

Just had my weekly update email from Thomsons where they mention that from May 2014 they will offering a new destination of Mexico Pacific Coast.
I appreciate it's just a bit too early to look at the specifics of what areas/ hotels they are offering (hopefully by next week (ish) we should be able to view summer 2014 hols) but I just wondered if anyone had been to that side of Mexico and had any tips/advice/comments.
I have been to Cancun twice and Playacar and loved them both and the Pacific side is somewhere that I've thought about going. Will be intrigued to see what Thomson's will actually be offering :cool2:
