I'm at home at the mo and it works for me! First time I've ever seen the Nexus 4 showing 'in stock' !

It probably is the server as Google have tightened up restrictions for Play recently .

Checked at home and devices are showing fine.

Bought a Nexus 4 a few weeks ago, very nice. Battery seems to need a few charges to optimise.
Don't forget it takes a micro sim.

I found it got really hot quick, esp the top half of the screen!!
