Paris - help urgently needed

Hello folks
I have filight booked to take my g/f away for a 3 day break to Paris on the 27 May until 30th May.
I now need a good hotel for a good price - would love to stay somewhere romantic that goes that extra mile but do not want to pay through the nose for it.
Would also like advice about booking a restuarant and day excursion.
Anyone got experience of this?
