N208 form help

Does anyone here have any experience in submitting an N208 form with respect to getting an unprotected deposit back?

I am confused about the actual process of submitting the form, there is the following:
You must fill in the heading of the form to indicate
whether you want the claim to be issued in a county
court or in the High Court (The High Court means either a
District Registry (attached to a county court) or the Royal
Courts of Justice in London).
Use whichever of the following is appropriate:
‘In the .........................................County Court’
(inserting the name of the court)

Does the name of the court mean the local court name e.g. Croydon County Court, or does it mean the Court type or department?

Also:
Copy the completed claim form, the defendant’s notesfor guidance and yourwritten evidence so that you have one
copy for yourself, one copy for the court and one copy for each defendant.

How many copies am I actually sending? 3 I assume...

Lastly:
Send or take the forms and evidence to
the court office with the appropriate fee. The court will tell you how much this is.

Do I need to just ring my local court to find out the cost?

Can it be any court or does it need to be the nearest court to where I live now, or where the rental property was?

Sorry if these seem like stupid questions.

    in answer to your question

    1) croydon county court
    2) the court will need 2 copies of the claim form , note guidance and your written evidence. one for them to dens to the defendant and one for the judges file.
    3) if you call croydon county court they will advise you of the costfor filing fees.

Also i would point out that as these type of claims are part 8 claims then you will have to pay additional fees such as cost of filing the allocation questionare
