Transfer requisitions

Hello, we've just been told that the following stage in our house buying process is complete: "transfer of requisitions on title to sellers solicitor". Can anybody tell me what that means?? Also what next step might be? Thanks

It means your solicitor will be writing to the seller's solicitor sending them draft Transfer and requisitions on title. so its actually two different things you are referring to.
The Transfer is the document that transfers ownership from your sellers to you + whoever you are buying with. Once its approved, your seller(s) sign it and its then kept by their solicitor until completion.
Requisitions on title are the final enquiries raised. Its a relatively short form and is answered by the seller's solicitor (no input is needed from the client)0 -
