This is for all of you who have purchased a new build house...
how long (in months/weeks) did it take for your home to be built once the main groundwork was done (i.e. build time of the actual house)
...and how long after did you complete?
Thanks:)

Foundations at the end of June. Actual house built by end of October. House finished beginning of December (interiors). Moved in two weeks after that. The bad weather held up this build (2012).0

i completed about a month and a half after my house was built. my estate is still being built, the houses opposite seem to be being built fairly quick - id say its taken about a month and a bit to get the exterior done. Although alot of the properties look finished but are still fenced off. They are all sold though. An opinion is just that..... An opinion0
