Dulux paint - same match

I've been painting some walls with Dulux Natural Wicker colour Matt paint which I've had for about 4 years or so unused. I'm thinking I may need some more and just wondering if the current tins in the shops will still be the same match, or is there a chance that it could be slightly different now?

Sorry, but the honest answer is Not a hope. Always make sure when buying paint you have enough of the same Batch No never mind the same colour.... Even then if you buy say 2x5 litre tubs and it'll take say 7 litres to do the job, you're better mixing the whole lot in one big paint tub to make sure the colour is consistent..

best case if you find the same colour and it looks like a match, make sure you do the complete wall with the same tub, I'll bet my life on it when it dries it'll look slightly different though...

Thanks for the info.

I'm hoping to have enough in this tin to finish a room off so will need new tins to do the other rooms. Hopefully that way it won't make it look obvious.

It will be near enough if painting a complete room but for touching up no chance,even the original tin of paint will look different when used for touch ups after this length of time

You could buy a new tin and mix it in with the old tin, then do a complete coat with that to ensure the whole room is the same colour.
