Why can't you just transfer the funds from your PayPal A/c to your nominated Bank/BS A/c and buy them from there ?0

You buy shares using stock brokers !
I.e. like comdirect.com
You DON'T buy them direct from the individually listed companies, not unless their doing an IPO or some similar one off share sale.0 -
