Does BG Homecare covers shower\Shower pump?

Does anyone know if British Gas Homecare covers anything to do with shower system or shower pump.
I'm currently not at home but my wife phoned that the shower is not working but water is flowing through the taps.
I don't know if the shower pump is faulty\dead or something else.
The last time an engineer came to my house few years ago, he said shower system are not covered in Homecare.
Is it true?

shower pumps aren't covered, nor are showers/taps0

It should be very obvious if the shower pump has failed, as you'll not hear it, or feel the vibration when you touch it.No free lunch, and no free laptop
