So I haven't really bothered to look in to old accounts for missold PPI however Barcalaycard have sent me a letter telling me I may have been misold me PPI on an old Goldfish credit card I had.
My question is should I go through the normal process listed on here for claiming back PPI or do I contact them as per their letter, any advice would be greatly appreciated
