I'm new to investment and I just wanted to get some answer on the rate of dividends
can someone please tell me how much is the rate of 0.3190 and 2.3527
is it £0.30 and £2.35?

It could be either. There is no standard way to declare the dividend amount. You need to check the company dividend announcement (go to the Investor Relations of the company website) to see what currency the dividend was declared in, and what the rate was.
Some companies declare it in £, $, p, cents, etc...0 -

If you see the denomination of the dividend as GBX then that is pence; GBP is pounds. i.e. GBX19.0 would be £0.19 and GBP2.10 would be £2.10.
The vast majority of UK company dividends would be denominated in GBX.Old dog but always delighted to learn new tricks!0
