A guy was curious as to what happens to a parcel so sent one to himself with a recording device inside, this is the video:-

Good video but a bit confusing because it says he is a London designer but all the cars drive on the right and have non-UK numberplates...0

Not a set up at all I don't think, Ruben van der Vleuten is a designer and this is one of his projects. Have a look on his website:

I also think the main article has his location wrong as Rueben is Dutch.0 -
plus the camera isnt always facing the right way
it goes sideways/upside down a lot too0
