If you're our winner, you and a companion will fly out with Silverjet, enjoying exclusive business class and luxury flat beds, with four days and three nights to enjoy this fabulous city. Your prize also includes a stunning suite in Ian Schrager's gorgeously appointed Gramercy Park Hotel, as well as £500 spending money.

1. No purchase is necessary for the free Prize Draw.

1. By entering into this free Prize Draw entrants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply with them may result in disqualification.

1. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Employees and immediate family members of employees of either The Financial Times Limited ("FT"), Silverjet PLC ("Silverjet"), and Gramercy Park Hotel ("Gramercy") and their associated companies, professional advisers, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Prize Draw. This promotion is operated by the Financial Times Limited in London, England. Entrants from the United Kingdom and Continental Europe are welcome although the Prize Draw shall be void where prohibited. All national and local laws and regulations shall apply.

1. To enter the free prize draw, access the microsite at https://www.ft.com/NYPrizeDraw ("Microsite") and enter your name, address and contact details between May 7 2007 and midnight on May 31 2007. Entrants are not obliged to complete the survey questions on the Microsite in order to be entered for the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or incomplete entries will be deemed to be invalid.

1. The winner will be the first eligible entry selected at random on June 5 2007.

1. The winning prize ("Prize") consists of a weekend break for two to New York with £500 cash provided by FT for spends, including return flights from London Luton airport only with Silverjet (including taxes, fees, charges), transfers to and from the airport, 3 nights hotel accommodation (suite room) in the Gramercy Park Hotel, Lexington Avenue, New York, including daily continental breakfast.

1. All extras including food, beverages and other incidental costs are also excluded and must be paid by the winner.

1. FT shall notify the selected winner within 5 days of the Prize Draw. If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by the winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 5 business days of notification, a replacement winner may be drawn at the FT's discretion and will be notified by the FT. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited.

1. The return flights and accommodation must be booked within 28 days of the winner being notified. All bookings must be arranged between the winner and Tullo Marshall Warren. All dates are subject to availability and exclude Easter and all Bank Holidays. Black out dates may apply. The two tickets must be used at the same time for inbound and outbound flights. Travel must be completed by September 15 2007. Flights are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value if not used.

1. The winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility form stating their age and residency details.

1. The name of the winner will be available after June 25 2007 upon receipt of a self-addressed stamped envelope sent to: Kate Amos, FT NY Prize Draw, The Financial Times Ltd, Number One Southwark Bridge, London, UK, SE1 9HL.

1. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the Prize Draw by FT, Silverjet or Gramercy if you are invited to do so without further compensation.

1. No cash equivalent to the Prize is available and the Prize is non-transferable. FT reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the Prize (to one of equivalent value) as required by the circumstances.

1. FT cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from participants taking part in the Prize Draw or for the Prize. FT gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize and accepts no responsibility or liability for the flights or hotel stay being amended by the Promoters.

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
