Hi all
I am looking for some advice,i have been advised the company I work for are giving me and one of my colleagues 50K worth of shares next week.
I am not in need of the money so can anyone advise of what tax implications I need to be aware of or any other pitfalls or tips I need to be aware of
Thanks

tbh, it's not normal practice for a company just to decide to give out 50k of shares. if they ask you to become a director or something i would be concerned.0
