    Hi,

My meal plan is tuesday - tuesday. I have done well and stuck to this weeks meal plan, and have not been to the supermarket in between weekly shops (woo hoo), reading this sometimes, i find my meals are quite boring compared to others, but we hope to save enough to be able to move house this summer. Anyway, this week the plan is:

Tues - Homebaked Ham, Jacket Potatoes & Salad
Weds - Egg, chips & beans
Thurs - Toad in the hole with onion gravy
Fri - Chicken stir fry with noodles
    Sat - OUT!!!!!!
Sun - Roast Dinner (Beef Brisket - must look at slow cooker recipes)
Mon - Beef Stir Fry with noodles (made with l/o brisket)
Tues - Lasagne & Garlic Bread (L/O Lasagne made Thursday from freezer)

Lunches will be homemade soup with crusty roll, beans on toast, poached egg on toast, l/o ham sandwiches, l/o beef wraps.

    Breakfasts will be cereal/toast/crumpets

Snacks will be low fat yogurt, fruit or low fat crisps.

Inspiration needed for a nice pudding to follow Sunday Roast.
