There are also people who are "naive", despite being intelligent (some times highly so). I dealt with a university professor who would forward me numerous emails asking if they were scams, ranging from standard 419 African princes to lotteries and Russian "women" wanting to get to know him. Every one I would reply back saying SCAM and each time he would reply saying "but don't you think that it might be legitimate - shouldn't I just reply to find out more".0
