Hi, I volunteer for a small charity helping them with admin tasks. I am trying to find a free open source CRM which would greatly benefit them. Is anyone currently using one that has multiple users and that can be modified if needed to suit?
I have searched but most come back as free limited 7 day trials and users.
Thanks

Cant help with finding one. But if you need any help implementing the feature if it is linux or BSD pm me and i will gladly offer you support!
Also why don't you contact Proprietary software suppliers of this type of software and explain you are a charity and maybe they can help you
Edit: after checking my debian repo i found this https://www.openerp.com/en/
hope this helps0 -
Salesforce do up to 10 licences free for charities, and multiple people can use a licence e.g use one for managers, one for office staff etc.
It's cloud based so no software to install/maintain etc. all you need is a web browser.

check out vtiger crm here,
https://www.vtiger.com/crm/
Its free to use but if you need support then you pay for that.
It has downloads for windows and linux.0 -
Zoho CRM offer a free CRM for 3 users, offering all the usual features, Lead Management, Accounts & Contacts, etc.
SugarCRM offer a community edition, not used it much so I'm not too sure about the range of features (sugarcrm.com/download)
Bitrix24 is free for 12 users, looking pretty good from the website - bitrix24.com/prices/
There are also the mentioned vTiger, OpenErp and Salesforce! If you need a hand with implementation feel free to message me.
