Emmmm, is this to create more interest by reducing the price to 219,950? We are going back for a second viewing and I noticed today the generous reduction! WHY?

I'm not sure if this is correct? When I was selling I dropped the price and was advised by the agent the price had to change by at least 5% fir RM to recognise as new property.
My agent may have been wrong though.0 -
Probably someone in the EA office put it on at £220K, then someone else decided it would look better at £219,950. Bit like in shops when things are £9.99 instead of £10.00.0
