Are Barclay's Moving their call centers back to the UK ?.

I phoned up Barclay's today fully expecting to get put through to the foreign call center as I normally do, but was quite surprised when the call was answered in the Uk !.
I have to say (No disrespect) but sometimes I do have problems with the foreign call centers due to the accents etc, and sometimes they just do not understand.
Anyway my problem was sorted out in two minutes, and when I told her that I was surprised to have been answered in the UK she told me that more and more calls are getting answered in the Uk, as foreign call centers are top of the complaints at Barclay's.
